At our company RDPHosted, LLC we want to ensure that every client is satisfied with the service they receive. That's why we offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee for first-time clients who are unhappy with our service. If you find yourself in this situation, simply provide us with a valid reason for your dissatisfaction and we'll work to resolve the issue. If we can't find a solution, we'll issue a refund, minus the setup fee.

Please note that the refund request must be made within 72 hours of plan activation to be considered valid. Additionally, there are certain reasons for refund requests that we cannot accept, such as ordering by mistake or changing your mind about the service. If you're unsure how to use our VPS/RDP service, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you. However, we do not tolerate any illegal activities, including hacking, spamming, or using cracking tools, so we cannot issue a refund if you violate our TOS.

Please keep in mind that our refund policy does not apply to dedicated servers. If you do not agree with these terms, we kindly ask that you do not place an order. If you dispute a charge without a valid reason, your service will be terminated and no refund will be issued.
